Acceptance of conditions

Order
A firm order without possibility of cancellation is placed when the customer presses the “Confirm order” button on the confirmation page. In case of delivery problem from the manufacturer (availability), https://www.shamballa-shilajit.com will endeavor to find a replacement solution in agreement with the customer and to his advantage.

Delivery delay
Our products are delivered quickly all over the world, except during special periods when demand is very high, which may impact delivery times. Our tracked packages are shipped on average within 48 hours, or 2 working days after placing your order. We deliver to you on average within 3 to 5 days for Europe, and 8 to 12 days for the rest of the world.

Preparation, packaging, shipping and delivery costs
Currently shipping costs are only €2.93 for Europe and are FREE from 70 euros of purchase.
They are €9.97 for DOM TOM Zone 1 and Switzerland, and are €19.97 for the rest of the world, regardless of the weight of the package.
Our shipments are fast and secure with Colissimo against signature.
Price
Prices are expressed on the basis of the Euro. The prices indicated on the order confirmation are binding, even in the event of a variation between the order date and the delivery date of the goods.
Taxes
Our prices are calculated and indicated including VAT for the European Union (ex 5.5% VAT in France).
Customers outside the European Union are responsible, where applicable, for self-liquidating with the competent local authorities any additional taxes and other potential customs duties.
